Inspired Design is a Dublin based Graphic Design and Web Design business.

Inspired Design ask you to read the following terms & conditions which are relevant to using our service.


It is the sole responsibility of the client to proof artwork. Spelling, typography, contact details, images, grammer etc must all be double checked & signed off by the client on the final proof. Once a job goes to print it is rarely possible to make any changes. Inspired Design are not liable for such errors. Please contact us as soon as you notice an error & we will do our best to stop the print run but once printing has started this becomes impossible. If a reprint is needed this will result in extra costs for the client.


Clear deadlines must be discussed either in briefing meeting or via email & must be agreed by both Inspired Design & the client.


Inspired Design charges €110 per hour plus VAT, unless otherwise advised. If quote is required upfront this can almost always be accommodated. Extra charges will be discussed upon brief.


All quotes supplied by Inspired Design are based on the client providing all content, text, images etc for their job. However Inspired Design can provide text content & image content for your website or marketing material. This will be charged as an extra cost & will be discussed upon brief.

Expenses & additional costs

These will be discussed upon brief & will include the likes of research.

Payment terms

Inspired Design has a strict 7 day payment policy. Each invoice is due for payment 7 days after receipt. Inspired Design reserves the right to withhold files until such time as overdue invoices are cleared.

Payment terms for Web Sites

Inspired Design will ask for a deposit to start your website. The balance will generally be due on the go live date. If this balance is not received within 7 days of the go live date Inspired Design reserves the right to withhold files.

Payment terms for Printed Matter

Finished print ready designs must be paid for before being sent to print if using your own printer. If Inspired Design organises the printing of your product then payment can be made on delivery of printed product. No finished designs or printed matter will be handed over to the client until all payments are cleared.


Inspired Design accepts no responsibility for any website which is not kept up to date by the client. Once your site is live & your payment is made your site becomes your responsibility unless you are in a maintenance contract with us. We would always advise a maintenance contract to deal with issues with updating site & keeping it secure etc.


Once your website is built & an email address set up at your domain it is the clients responsibility to ensure their email is set up correctly onsite. Clients are supplied with all of the information they need to set up their accounts.


If your website is hosted by Inspired Design your bill must be paid on time via card. In this case Inspired Design is responsible for ensuring your website stays online. From time to time issues arise where your site could go off line – in this case we would do our utmost to get it back online in a timely fashion.

Please note:

All design work copyright is owned by Inspired Design until final payments are made. Once payments are received all artwork becomes the property of the client
